Our Delivery Policy

  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.  In the case that you require your order URGENTLY please let us know and we will try our best to fast track your order.
     
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to you via Courier.  For indent orders, goods will be delivered via a trucking company.
     
  • No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you. 
     
  • Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
     
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver Ex-Stock products within 5 - 10 working days unless specified.  For Indent orders please refer to your quotation however for your reference most Indent orders requires - 3 months via sea freight and 1½ - 2 months via air freight from order confirmation. Urgent order service available however may attract additional charges.

 

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or branding after the client has been approved artwork for printing or stitch out for embroidery for all Ex-Stock orders.  For Indent orders a full pre-production sample will be supplied for client to approve prior to mass production.
 
If goods are proven faulty, Sourcelinx will provide full replacement or credit you for the products and branding if applicable. Note if any goods are damaged upon arrival Sourcelinx Pty Ltd must be notified within 14 days to be eligible for a credit or replacement or if fault is due to workmanship or material a full refund or replacement will be offered within 30 days from invoice date to be eligiable for a refund or replacement.



No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet and will be treated seriously.



Payment Terms

For all Ex-Stock orders payment terms are strictly payment on or prior to delivery unless a credit account has been setup and approved, minimum spend for an credit account is $1,000.00 per month.  For all Indent orders a 70% deposit is required on order confirmation (please make payment ASAP to ensure there are no delays for the production of the order, note Sourcelinx will not be responsible for delays in shipments of orders due to late payment of deposit) and balance due on or prior delivery.

Payment can be made via Direct Credit or Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted - a 2% credit card processing fee will apply for all credit card payments).
